Coaching for Development, Change & Neurodiversity

Someone to listen. Space to think. Support to grow.

When we’re looking for coaching, typically its because we want something to change. We’ve already tried on our own, but old patterns keep reappearing.

Sounds familiar?

Then you’ve come to the right place. Coaching with me is practical, insightful, and creative, tailored to your learning style and needs. Whether you’re a neurodivergent professional, a new manager with an inherited team, or an experienced leader managing organisational change, I will help you find and focus on actions to make a difference…

…and get you there, step by step.

If you’d like to explore this further, let’s have a conversation.

Productive Conversations

Four Ways to Successfully Resolve Everyday Differences

This guide is going to help you gain the confidence to tackle difficult conversations and resolve awkward work relationships.

How we can work together

Developmental Coaching

A path to your potential

Imagine an Olympic athlete or top musician performing without a coach. Unthinkable, isn’t it? Yet many business professionals go it alone. Are you among them? Perhaps it’s because you think coaching is about correction. It isn’t. Coaching is about raising awareness; learning about your personal style and approach.

Are you ready to explore what makes you, you?

Diana is exceptionally skilled at creating a space where you feel genuinely heard—an essential part of managing difficulties. She asks thoughtful, probing questions that help you get to the heart of an issue and work through the best approach or solution. Her insight, professionalism, and steady support have made a meaningful difference in my growth.

Senior Marketing Manager, Consultancy firm

“Diana is such a friendly, understanding and supportive person. She is enthusiastic and came across as having a genuine interest in me. I felt properly heard and didn't have to worry about being misunderstood or overlooked. A really fantastic coach, the best I have had in a slew of therapists / councillors etc.”

Coaching for Neurodiversity

Unlocking unique brilliance

What if the very things you’ve been told to tone down or “fix” are actually your greatest strengths? In a world built for the neurotypical majority, neurodivergent individuals—those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and more—often face unnecessary barriers.

You don't need to fit in to succeed.

Mentoring

Guidance for personal and professional growth

Mentoring is more than just advice—it’s a transformative relationship built on shared wisdom, trust, and mutual respect. Whether you're navigating career changes, stepping into new leadership roles, or exploring your next move, mentoring offers a safe, supportive space to reflect, learn, and grow.

You don't have to figure it all out alone.

Thanks again for all your help and support. As I said, you have been the lynch pin of this journey for me and the difference is well beyond my expectations.

About Diana

I coach new and aspiring managers, professionals navigating change, and neurodivergent individuals seeking workplace support. My experience with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and anxiety helps me guide clients in building coping strategies, communication skills, and confidence to thrive.

Blending professional insight with empathy, I offer space to think, grow, and gain practical tools for resilience, leadership, and self-confidence.

My background spans theatre, broadcasting at the BBC, and HR & OD leadership at CAFOD—experiences that taught me how to lead through change and inspired my passion for helping others do the same.

With over 20 years of coaching experience, I continue to learn through supervision and group practice. Outside work, I enjoy sailing, gardening, volunteering, and recently, learning to draw.

Coaching is about progress, not perfection—let’s start the conversation and explore how I can support your development.

My coaching is equally effective in person or online. You can choose between tranquil sessions at my cottage or on a yacht in a peaceful marina on the river Orwell, or I can come to your workplace or local area.

'How do you do it?' said night.
'How do you wake and shine?'
'I keep it simple' said light.
'One day at a time.’

What Kind Of Change Do I Want?

Change isn’t always simple. Whether it’s a new role, a team restructure, or a clash of working styles, even small shifts can trigger frustration, resistance, or self-doubt.

As a coach, I help you explore what kind of change you really want — and how time plays a crucial role in achieving it. Because transformation doesn’t happen overnight; it unfolds through awareness, patience, and consistent action.

If you’re ready to understand what’s holding you back and move forward with clarity, let’s start that conversation — one step at a time.
