Coaching for Development, Change & Neurodiversity
Someone to listen. Space to think. Support to grow.
When we’re looking for coaching, typically its because we want something to change. We’ve already tried on our own, but old patterns keep reappearing.
Sounds familiar?
Then you’ve come to the right place. Coaching with me is practical, insightful, and creative, tailored to your learning style and needs. Whether you’re a neurodivergent professional, a new manager with an inherited team, or an experienced leader managing organisational change, I will help you find and focus on actions to make a difference…
…and get you there, step by step.
If you’d like to explore this further, let’s have a conversation.

How we can work together
Developmental Coaching
A path to your potential
Imagine an Olympic athlete or top musician performing without a coach. Unthinkable, isn’t it? Yet many business professionals go it alone. Are you among them? Perhaps it’s because you think coaching is about correction. It isn’t. Coaching is about raising awareness; learning about your personal style and approach.
-
It offers a safe, challenging space where you’re supported to think deeply and creatively—often in ways you’ve never done before.
I believe that great managers, like artists or athletes, benefit from continuously refining their skills and coaching gives you the support to do just that. Its about unlocking your potential. We all have blind spots—those invisible barriers that hold us back. Working together on your agenda, we’ll shine a light on them, helping you shift your thinking and take actions that lead to real change.
My approach, based on over 20 years of working with senior managers, teams and individuals, is tailored to your learning style and needs. Expect unusual, thought-provoking questions and honest conversations. Whether you're aiming for career advancement, personal clarity, or stronger leadership presence, coaching helps you “show up” differently—not just with what you do, but with who you are.
If you’re ready to get unstuck and achieve what matters most to you, coaching is for you. Let’s start the conversation and explore how I can support your development.
Every service I offer is available both onsite and online, so you can choose the setting that feels right for you.
Are you ready to explore what makes you, you?

Coaching for Neurodiversity
Unlocking unique brilliance
What if the very things you’ve been told to tone down or “fix” are actually your greatest strengths? In a world built for the neurotypical majority, neurodivergent individuals—those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and more—often face unnecessary barriers.
-
Coaching for neurodiversity isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about helping you thrive because of who you are.
Neurodivergent minds work differently—and that difference brings powerful creativity, problem-solving, and innovation. But navigating work, relationships, or leadership through a neurotypical lens can be exhausting. Coaching creates a safe, non-judgmental space where you’re free to explore your patterns, challenges, and goals in a way that makes sense to you.
This is not therapy, advice, or training. Coaching is a collaborative partnership where your coach listens deeply—not for your diagnosis or history, but for your values, insights, and what’s possible. It’s about discovering strategies that work for your brain, helping you build awareness, confidence, and momentum.
Expect honest conversations, supportive challenge, and plenty of curiosity. Coaching for neurodiversity honours your unique way of thinking while helping you create practical shifts—whether it’s managing executive function, building emotional resilience, or finding your leadership voice.
You don’t need to “fit in” to succeed. You need to be seen, heard, and supported to flourish on your own terms. That’s what neurodiversity-affirming coaching offers.
Every service I offer is available both onsite and online, so you can choose the setting that feels right for you.
You don't need to fit in to succeed.
Mentoring
Guidance for personal and professional growth
Mentoring is more than just advice—it’s a transformative relationship built on shared wisdom, trust, and mutual respect. Whether you're navigating career changes, stepping into new leadership roles, or exploring your next move, mentoring offers a safe, supportive space to reflect, learn, and grow.
-
Unlike coaching, which is centred on helping you find your own answers through deep questioning, mentoring pairs you with someone more experienced who has been where you want to go. They offer real-world insights, open doors, and help you prepare for opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.
Mentoring is especially valuable during periods of transition—whether you're shifting career, growing into a new identity, or simply figuring out what's next. Your mentor doesn’t give you a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, they help you explore what success looks like for you, while sharing lessons they’ve learned along the way.
This is a relationship driven by your goals and learning. You bring the questions, the curiosity, and the drive. Your mentor brings perspective, encouragement, and the generosity of experience. And unlike coaching, mentoring can evolve more fluidly over time—meeting as needed, continuing as long as it serves your development.
If you’re ready to grow your confidence, expand your perspective, and accelerate your progress with someone who truly gets it, mentoring could be the next step on your journey.
Every service I offer is available both onsite and online, so you can choose the setting that feels right for you.
You don't have to figure it all out alone.
“Thanks again for all your help and support. As I said, you have been the lynch pin of this journey for me and the difference is well beyond my expectations.”

About Diana
I coach new and aspiring managers, professionals navigating change, and neurodivergent individuals seeking workplace support. My experience with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and anxiety helps me guide clients in building coping strategies, communication skills, and confidence to thrive.
Blending professional insight with empathy, I offer space to think, grow, and gain practical tools for resilience, leadership, and self-confidence.
My background spans theatre, broadcasting at the BBC, and HR & OD leadership at CAFOD—experiences that taught me how to lead through change and inspired my passion for helping others do the same.
With over 20 years of coaching experience, I continue to learn through supervision and group practice. Outside work, I enjoy sailing, gardening, volunteering, and recently, learning to draw.
Coaching is about progress, not perfection—let’s start the conversation and explore how I can support your development.
My coaching is equally effective in person or online. You can choose between tranquil sessions at my cottage or on a yacht in a peaceful marina on the river Orwell, or I can come to your workplace or local area.
'How do you do it?' said night.
'How do you wake and shine?'
'I keep it simple' said light.

What Kind Of Change Do I Want?
Change isn’t always simple. Whether it’s a new role, a team restructure, or a clash of working styles, even small shifts can trigger frustration, resistance, or self-doubt.
As a coach, I help you explore what kind of change you really want — and how time plays a crucial role in achieving it. Because transformation doesn’t happen overnight; it unfolds through awareness, patience, and consistent action.
If you’re ready to understand what’s holding you back and move forward with clarity, let’s start that conversation — one step at a time.
