TEAM BUILDING

A large part of a manager’s job is translating information upwards and downwards to suit different audiences.

Managing a team is easy if the workload is stable, everyone gets along and there are no outside pressures. But life is rarely like that, and this is where an impartial expert can really help. You might have inherited a dysfunctional team, or are having to build a new one, or have several newer members who are good at completing tasks but less familiar with other aspects like project working, planning and strategy.

I can support you with your team by designing and delivering interventions which foster personal learning and business growth. This can include training workshops, facilitated away-days, individual coaching and mediation.
